Hey, I'm Enzo.
Fifteen years shipping web products. Now shipping more than ever.
I'm Enzo Ferey, the developer behind 10xTeam.dev. I've been building for the web for fifteen years: more than 50 products shipped, as a founder, a freelancer and a tech lead.
Along the way I have contributed to important open source projects such as Excalidraw, led the tech at Cargo, Chance and Protofire among others, and built a few technical teams from scratch.
Back in the day, teams had a name for what I did: the 10x developer. The one who out-shipped whole teams. It was never about typing faster. It was about knowing what to build, cutting what didn't matter, and keeping the system around the code — tests, review, conventions, deploys — boring enough that shipping stayed cheap.
In 2023 I started 10xTeam.dev to bring that to young ambitious teams, as a tech lead on subscription.
Then AI changed the equation. Agents amplify whatever system exists, and I had spent fifteen years building exactly that system. Today I ship more than I ever did, with agents doing the typing and me doing what I always did: deciding what to build, verifying it, and getting it safely into production.
The latest product I shipped is elpadel.pro, a competitive padel platform for Spain's federated circuit. It is live with 120,000 players, 11,000 tournaments and 604,000 matches. Built solo, part-time, in just 3 months.
That is what 10xTeam.dev is today. I still work the way I did back then: one person who owns the whole thing, from what to build to how it runs in production. The difference is what fits in a week now. Bring me the one thing your product or business needs to do, and I will scope it with you by email, ship it to production on your accounts, and hand over the code.

Have one thing that needs to exist?
Describe it in a few lines. I reply with a written scope and a start date, and you decide from there.
